Jeremiah Windsor signs for Chemnitzer FC U19 team for 2021-22 Season

After competing with the JFL Academy (IFX German Academy Program) for the 2020-21 season in the U17 Regionalliga Nordost, Jeremiah Windsor, a native from Seoul, South Korea has signed this past week with Youth Bundesliga club Chemnitzer FC for the 2021-22 campaign. During this past season at the JFL German soccer academy, Jeremiah became a key player for the squad, accruing 9 matches and 690 minutes, with 2 goals against the likes of Hansa Rostock and and SV Babelsberg. His outstanding performance and ability has now landed him in the highest tier for youth soccer in Germany with Chemnitzer Fußballclub e.V.

Windsor is a highly technical player, with pristine ball control and creative actions. He quickly adapted to the German game, playing in the center attacking midfielder role, and has very clear objectives. Despite his young age, he already has played National Division 1 in the USA for Pipeline Soccer Club receiving multiple recognitions from the Olympic Development Regional - National Pool.

Last year, Jeremiah joined IFX to boost his soccer development through our  residential academy program in Germany for high school aged boys. He quickly adapted to the German style of play and took full advantage of the opportunity to play overseas now with a bright future and big opportunity ahead.

His new club, Chemnitzer Fußballclub e.V. is a German association football club based in Chemnitz, Saxony. The first team competes in Regionalliga Nordost - the fourth tier - and its U19 team is in the top tier of youth German football. “Die Himmelblauen” (Sky Blues) play home games at stadium An der Gellertstraße, a beautiful complex with a capacity of 15,200 spectators.
