IFX University Program in Fürth, Germany. As reported on our social media some days ago, the signing of young talented Antonio Schoenegger by the German soccer club ASV VACH is official. The 18 years old North American soccer player was added to the ASV VACH II for 2018-19 season under the coach Fabian Müller who is pleased to add another quality player to his team and upgrade its depth at the striker position. IFX representatives in Germany stated that club´s managers showed their interest in Antonio after he underwent soccer tryouts held at the Vach complex in the district of Mannhof, and prior to the summer transfer window closure.
Antonio is a native of Las Vegas (USA). He spent last season playing soccer for Galeta Xpress back home and said that he feels comfortable with his new teammates and coaches“They are very nice and very helpful to me in the transitional period that I am in right now from playing in America and playing in Germany and learning the new language”. Antonio decided to start his higher education in Germany alongside IFX University Program and thus, while he competes with his German club, he will study towards a Bachelor’s degree in International Management at the IFX partner German Business University school in Nürnberg.

IFX Haus is 10 minutes walk from IFX Soccer Academy which makes for a really easy commute to training sessions every day.
Antonio, as well as those who pursue educate and growth within an International environment, was so excited to discover that IFX could offer him both, Soccer and attain a Higher Education in the business field. To study at the IFX partner Business School in Nürnberg and be able to play soccer for the IFX program will allow him to truly delve into the important aspects of the German culture.
We from IFX are pleased to go on this journey with Antonio together. We are sure that with strong performances on the second team, he could potentially have the opportunity to get pulled up to the ASV VACH first team which is currently fighting for a steady position in the highly competitive Bayernliga Nord (5th Division of Football in Germany).
