Bayernliga Relegation – Final | 2024/25 Season

The 2024/25 season will go down in history for FSV Stadeln—not only for the team and coaching staff, but also for the loyal fans who believed in the vision laid out by head coach Manfred Dedaj. That belief has paid off: FSV Stadeln will play in the Bayernliga for the first time ever.

Since its founding in 1958, the “Red and Whites” have been a shining example of a regional club with deep local roots and a strong foundation in player development. While they’ve never reached the professional tiers of German football, their perseverance and commitment have finally born fruit.

A Season to Remember

The road to promotion began with an outstanding campaign in the Landesliga Nordost, where FSV Stadeln finished second with 67 points, thanks to 20 wins, 7 draws, and 7 losses, and a goal differential of 64:35. This outstanding performance this season earned them a spot in the Bayernliga promotion playoffs.

First Round: Eintracht Münchberg

Their first challenge came against FC Eintracht Münchberg. The first leg at home ended in a tense 1–1 draw, leaving everything on the line in the return match. Under pressure, Stadeln delivered a commanding performance away from home, winning 0–3 with goals from Sebastian Emmert (69’), Marco Weber (78’), and Nikolaos Xygas (84’). First round: Complete.

Second Round: TuS Frammersbach

Just days later, Stadeln faced TuS Frammersbach in the Second Round. The home leg was a showcase of dominance. Salim Ahmed opened the scoring in the 23rd minute, followed by Marco Weber (26’, penalty) and Luca Pulkrabek (29’), giving Stadeln a 3–0 lead before halftime. In the second half, Lucas Zieglmeier added a fourth (53’) to seal a convincing 4–0 win.

In the return leg, Frammersbach came out fighting. Dominik Jordan scored just before halftime (45’), but Marco Weber responded from the penalty spot early in the second half (48’). Then, in the 89th minute, substitute Maximilian Hirschmann scored the final goal to make it 1–2, sparking wild celebrations among the Stadeln fans and staff. History had been made.

More Than a Club—A Family

This achievement is more than just a sporting milestone—it’s a triumph of community and dedication.

Congratulations, FSV Stadeln! We wish you a successful and exciting debut season in the Bayernliga 2025/26.
