Pro IFX 30 Day players sign with semi-professional German clubs

Adding to some recent success stories of IFX players, three of our IFX Pro 30 Day (semi-pro soccer trials program) players who received offers during their tryouts over the past months have now been successfully transferred to Germany in order to learn, develop and compete in Europe. These players are all now under management in the Pro IFX Year Germany program where IFX manages their club placement process, international transfer, player licensing, accommodations, visa support, language school and ongoing player management and general support.

Lucien Kessler (21), a Canadian native, made a great impact at his IFX Pro 30 Day tryout back in May with current Landesliga Nordost leader SG Quelle Fürth. Kessler is signed with Quelle for the 2016-17 campaign. Other notable former IFX players who played for Quelle include Thomas Mallette, who continued on for several years to compete with various clubs in the German Bayernliga (Memmelsdorf, Weiden) and Dany Djoufack who just signed a professional contact with Mosta FC in Malta.

Two other American players took their chances during their participation in our IFX Pro 30 Day program in July.

Elson Pllumbi (19), a New York native, trained for the past several months at a semi-professional club in Italy. After his first sessions in Germany he showcased his strong ability on the field and convinced the former Bayernliga club SV Memmelsdorf to sign him to their squad for the upcoming season. Elson already had 1 appearance with the first team, with a 3-1 victory for his team.

Noah Yang (20) from Fremont, California left a great impression during his Pro IFX 30 Day program in July at Landesliga Nordost club SC Schwabach 04 and their coach and former Bundesliga player Alexander Maul. Yang was offered to sign with the team during the season 2016/2017. The signing was consumated in late July, and his transfer completed a few weeks later. In his first game last weekend, Noah already had a leading role and scored the game winning goal in the 90thminute.
